1. Service Agreement
By using our towing or roadside assistance services, you agree to these Terms & Service.
2. Services Provided
We provide a variety of towing and roadside assistance services, including but not limited to:
- Light, medium, and heavy-duty towing
- Motorcycle towing
- Flatbed towing
- Long-distance towing
- Accident recovery
- Battery jumpstarts
- Flat tire changes
- Lockout service
- Fuel delivery
- Battery replacement
- Winching service
3. Fees and Payment
- Fees for our services vary depending on the type of service, distance traveled, and time spent.
- We will provide you with a detailed estimate before beginning any service.
- Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and most major debit cards.
- For insurance-related tows, we will work directly with your insurance company.
4. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle and its location.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is properly prepared for towing.
- You are responsible for any damage to your vehicle that occurs during transport due to pre-existing conditions or improper preparation.
5. Our Responsibilities
- We will provide prompt and professional towing and roadside assistance services.
- We will handle your vehicle with care and respect.
- We will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any damage to your vehicle that occurs during transport due to pre-existing conditions or improper preparation.
- Our liability for any other damage to your vehicle is limited to the actual cash value of the vehicle.
- We are not liable for any consequential damages, such as lost wages or profits.
7. Disputes
Any disputes arising from these Terms & Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
